Sofie conducted a scoping review on ePortfolio training initiatives. User training is considered a critical success factor for ePortfolio implementation. However, there is ambiguity about the design and outcomes of ePortfolio user training. Based on the results, an individual, ongoing training approach which grounds in a fitting theoretical framework is recommended.
Sofie's review "Training to Support ePortfolio Users During Clinical Placements: a Scoping Review" was published in Medical Science Educator.
