Online Kick-off METIS project
Op 1 september zijn we gestart met het Erasmus+ project METIS, dat staat voor Midwives’ Eportfolio supported Transition Into Sustainable practice. Het is een driejarig project (2025-2028) met als doel om de transitie van opleiding naar werkveld te versterken aan de hand van innovatieve interventies afgestemd op studenten vroedkunde, pas afgestudeerde vroedvrouwen, mentoren en werkgevers. Door innovatieve en ondersteunende loopbaantransities te bevorderen, streeft METIS naar meer behoud en veerkracht binnen het vroedvrouwenberoep.
