Dr. Anissa All is a user innovation researcher at the research group for Media, Innovation and Communication Technologies (imec-mict-Ghent University). Anissa’s experience lies in the involvement of users in the development of innovation throughout the whole development process. Anissa has also done a lot of work in the field of educational technology, specializing in digital game-based learning during her PhD trajectory. Now she is mainly working in the domain of Human-Computer Interaction, focusing on how to holistically assess user experience and as a result, optimize design of smart technologies. Anissa will be conducting all the research for WP1 and is also the project lead of this WP.
