On 4 March, Woineshet Diriba arrived in Ghent. This immediately means the official start of her PhD at UGent regarding ePortfolios and supervision of PhD students.
Woineshet is one of the four PhD students who will collaborate in the VLIR-UOS/IQ-GEAR project with UGent (veterinary and educational sciences) and four universities in Ethiopia.
During the first residency, Woineshet will focus on researching competency frameworks for PhD students and their supervisors in the literature. We wish her the best of luck!
