Arno Verhofstadt (February-March 2021), master student of communication sciences (UGent) has done an internship with researcher Anissa All (work package 1, user-centered design and prototype development). He conducted innovation and usage research for eight weeks as part of the development of a first prototype of the SCAFFOLD ePortfolio. He had the opportunity to learn at a rapid pace how a user-centric approach works. He was able to work on various assignments, including his own project.
“I would like to thank the entire SBO Scaffold team for their warm (digital) welcome to the team, and the many interesting meetings we have had. In particular, I would like to thank Anissa All for the opportunity to collaborate on the usage study. It was a very pleasant collaboration from the beginning to the end of the internship! Thank you for the many tips, insights and a backpack of inspiration that I can take with me! ”
